“Micah is nice but it astounds me that he runs this business. My biggest complaint was the horrible communication and the attitude from the maintenance team. It infuriates me that I couldn’t get a simple response for my maintenance request verifying he saw my message and to give me an ETA of when they would arrive. Because of this, I did encounter landlords entering my apartment with NO NOTICE and only becoming aware of that because of my neighbors informing me. I watched them enter my neighbors apartments when they weren’t home and no notice was given to them either. My biggest warning to anyone considering Burton properties is to HIGHLY inspect the unit you are viewing for any potential problems in the works (my building dealt with the ceiling falling in). There is no exaggeration when people warn how hard it is to get ahold of Micah. The rent’s cheap, he leaves us alone, but if you encounter a maintenance issue – frustration will grow. I really wish they would hire someone on to take calls and inquires.”
