“I’ve seen a couple reviews of Phil Henry Sadlo’s (PVH rentals) and I’m not discrediting any reviews, but I wanted to give my own personal one. When I first moved there, I needed to get into a place quickly and they made moving in very quick. Even though they still had to maintenance some areas of the house, they allowed me to move in a few days before my lease (for free, I’m pretty sure) while they finished their work during the week. A year later and I’ll probably sign the lease for a 3rd time. Phil is kind and I’ve always felt comfortable around him. Property manager Ally is helpful and accommodating. She can be short, which can come off hateful to some, but I’m not one to overthink and she always responded immediately to me. They are truly understanding people, including the maintenance crew, and I would highly recommend renting from them. Only bad part about living on this street and I don’t consider it their responsibility, but there are A LOT of break ins on this street. However, since the cameras have been installed outside, Phil and Ally were able to record the break ins and there has been significantly less!”
