Review of Lexington Rental Homes – Richmond Road, 40517
“I don’t think it’s so much the rental company as it is the owner. We have pleaded for 5 years to have the heating/cooling fixed. They have sent multiple different companies and they all said the unit needs replaced completely but the owner of the property will not pay for it.”

I had a similar experience when renting from Lexington Rental Homes. I lived in the home for 6 years before I had finally had enough and moved. We had cooling issues every single summer. There was black mold in the walls and under the flooring that we were unaware of until I had already lived there for 3 years. When I notified the company, they replied that it was only mildew and advised me to clean the walls and such with bleach. The walls literally sweated so bad, the paint bubbled on the walls and nothing was done. When my children seemed to continually keep colds and allergy symptoms, we moved. I was not given any of my deposit back, even though I left the house completely empty, swept, everything I noticed the house was rented again in less than a month, so I’m sure those tenants had similar problems. That house could be a literal death trap for someone with lung issues or a compromised immune system. LRH didn’t care at all.
