“Though it’s a property group, my main contact/landlord was Joe. He was friendly, and mostly hands-off during my living there. At the same time, I could submit an order for maintenance online and have the issue looked at the very next morning. The rent was due in a secure drop-box near campus, so there was no interaction with the landlord about rent, except when he returned my security deposit. I had a very pleasant living experience.”
