“Found ads for some of his properties on Facebook. Dane has been attentive and polite. We rented a space he recently renovated and he was quick to fix unforeseen problems such as the breaker tripping with multiple kitchen appliances plugged in. The property includes a yard and is totally pet friendly, including one time pet deposit. He responds to our texts quickly and has fixed all issues we have brought up, minor or not. We were given a huge discount (around $3k worth of rent) for signing a longer lease with him. The property is well maintained and the renovations were lovely. We will likely sign another two year lease with him. Price of $750/mo plus $200 all utilities seems very fair for our 2BR, we are just a few minutes from Downtown and closer to our jobs.”
