“Mark is a rare find when it comes to landlords. He started managing properties as a way to make sure his own kids have decent housing while attending UK. This means that property management isn’t his main job and that he’s not in it to get rich. I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord in terms of understanding and willingness to work with people. There admittedly is the downside that he’s not doing this full time and therefore maintenance requests are a bit slow, but he also doesn’t cheap out on solutions. When our oven broke, he replaced it with a way nicer model than before and didn’t even ask if it was our fault or take any of the deposit.”
