“Ashland Terrace has been pretty quick to deal with any problems with the house. I have always been on time with rent, so they have not really given me any trouble. They did say that washer and drier repair wasn’t covered in the lease, but at the time we didn’t have a copy of the lease to debate it with them. Other than that it has been smooth sailing, at least as far as landlords go.“
