“Living off of other people’s hard-earned cash while they sit pretty and don’t do jack shit. Flat-out told us the garage, which was literally collapsing, was not worth fixing because it wasn’t part of the living space. Completely ignored several maintenance requests, which I’m sure they’ll use against us in getting our deposit back. Did the bare minimum for the entire two years and still expects the last month’s rent. I’m entirely convinced they bought the house, listed it, and didn’t look at it again until a week or so before we moved in. The condition was atrocious.”

The Lexington Tenant Review 
He is absolutely absurd. I had to call him asking why the power was out and he said it was up to me to handle the situation: he is the landlord! He also tried to put a clause in the contract saying no one could say anything negative about him online- sorry you’re not taking away my first amendment rights. I have absolutely had it with this place- when I leave and come back I can tell someone has been inside and rearranged things. I have had to call the police to report it. Don’t ever live here
