“So far we are pleased with this community. They are leagues better than our previous apartment. I was surprised to read the negative comments on other Merrick Place reviews, but I also cannot defend them. In my experience, the maintenance staff are great folks. Our rent is reasonable and the property is well-maintained. I can see living here for years.”
