“The Saddlebrook apartments are terrible. Had pests everywhere when we moved in. Have had a leak since moving in which is still leaking. Found mildew in all of the air vents which we thought was black mold (I still think it’s black mold). The average heating bill for the winter is $500 and they say it’s because the winter was cold even though most tenants are forced to keep it at 65. The units also use 60% more power than most houses.”
