“Constant changing of office personnel, upping rent without notice or adding charges out of no where. Apartment rules constantly changing, maintenance refuses to fix anything unless they can come when you aren’t home (I am home constantly). During COVID, tons of threats and illegally evicting half of the apartment complex.”
