“Lansdowne Apartments via Blackburn Property Management has been decent to me. The rent isn’t great, but it’s far better than most of the market. Maintenance is done adequately, with minor hiccups and delays. For example, the pool looks awful but the water is clean. Maintenance and management staff are professional and capable and respond within 1 business day. They are currently renovating the building to inflate rent prices, as though clapboard floors are worth an extra $100/mo., but that’s rental business for ya.”
