“We moved in with cracked windows. We contuiously complained that the glass was broken and the other window was going to fall out. We were there for OVER A YEAR and the never did anything. Additionally, we complained that we did not feel safe in our apartment due to all of our neighbors constantly fist fighting and they did nothing about it.”
