“Lana has been nothing short of awesome ! My partner and I moved into an apartment complex she manages and we have loved it here. Any time we have had an issue, Lana is immediately on top of it. She is very serious about pest control, and so this has never been an issue. I have seen roach infestations elsewhere and I feel super fortunate that Lana does not let that happen to her properties. She is always super sweet and quick to respond, remembers little details about my partner and I – which is important to me personally, because it levels out the power dynamic between tenant/landlord and makes her very approachable. We moved from a 1 bed to a 2 bed in the same apartment complex and Lana made it a super easy transition for us. I cannot recommend her enough ! Every apartment complex has its quirks of course, and I have my share of inconveniences, but when it comes down to it, you cant beat affordable housing with a lovely property manager like Lana.”
