“Didn’t care about my safety or the safety of the home. Agreed to fix issues when I moved in but never did. Was very legitimate safety issues. Called. Left messages. Sent letters. Didn’t care. Totally disregarded my humanity, and safety with no response to my losses but when I had to move tried to hurt me financially and in finding a safe home. Debra does not care about people just about money.”

The Lexington Tenant Review 
i lived there 4 months and moved out because the place had leaks all over. Then they wouldn’t respond so I would have to buy stuff to fix the water that soaked in the carpet. I had 3 major leaks and moved out. They took all of my deposit for carpet (the nerve) and light bulbs. Things that were replaced in the 4 months i lived there. I also took video of my move out and someone could have moved in right after. They overcharged me and were not responsive to major issues.
