“You basically never heard from the property manager after you signed your lease. They were decent at responding to maintenance requests in the online portal, but you could never get a hold of them via office phone.
The only reason I’m doing this review is to let you all know that 262 Kalmia Avenue is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I kept my unit clean and they sprayed once a month, but it was still so bad after months of spraying. Probably killed 10 roaches a day for months. I wouldn’t rent there if I were you.”
