Review of Fred Khayat – near the University of Kentucky, 40508
“Overall, renting from this landlord was a pretty bad experience. When we moved in, the place was filthy. It took several says to clean. When we toured the place, there were AC units. But when we moved in there were none, even though the lease said there would be. Nothing was done and we had to buy our own. The cherry on top is the living room ceiling collapsed down several months into living there. It took A MONTH to get it fixed, while the hole was expanding everyday as new chunks fell off. Overall, the apartment was in terrible condition and I would never rent from them again. I’ve heard similar stories from his other tenants.”
