“Dix Brown is an absolute slumlord. Things used to get fixed on time with a little prodding when renting from Dixon Electric, but now you’re lucky if they ever do. He texts incredibly passive-aggressively and thinks he can do whatever he wants with the property. Even the maintenance employees don’t like him. Pandemic willing, when I move out of here, I’m going to write a strongly worded letter on why they need to fire him before they lose more tenants. Dixon Electric was a mostly pleasant company to rent from before they hired this asshole.”
