"I honestly think that John Rubino at Park Hills is the nicest landlord I have ever had. I have heard mixed reviews about Anderson Communities, but have never had any issues that weren't resolved quickly here. The grounds are well taken care of, mowed every Thursday with weather permitting. Communication about Covid and other property updates were sent through the mail and printed/hung on door. I have never felt unsafe here."
"Horrible. They lie. They retaliate and do vicious things to get back at you. They have not done 1 thing I have requested multiple times to fix. The air conditioner and furnace are ancient and never been serviced."
"We moved in with cracked windows. We contuiously complained that the glass was broken and the other window was going to fall out. We were there for OVER A YEAR and the never did anything. Additionally, we complained that we did not feel safe in our apartment due to all of our neighbors constantly fist fighting and they did nothing about it."

"The Peterson family are the kindest landlords I've had in either Lexington or Louisville. Bob can often be seen driving around the complex and picking up fallen branches and litter, and he will give you a friendly hello and ask if everything is okay. His son Jesse handles new leases and tours, and he's approachable and professional. They really do try to make our little community safe, clean, and as welcoming as possible, and they are proactive upon receiving feedback (we needed new washing machines, and they agreed and replaced them all within a reasonable time frame). Plus they host community events and door decorating contests to make you feel a bit closer to your neighbors. 10/10, grab an apartment here if you can."
