“My personal experience with Kingston Properties has not been good. I had severe issues with the pipes in the house for the first year and a half of renting here, and I was left without water or a bathroom for days on multiple occasions. The house was poorly renovated and has withstood being cleaned (vinyl lifting, paint chipping while being wiped, wood counters are not stained or sealed) and the storm doors blew off during a storm along with parts of the roof. The foundation is party cinder blocks, and there is still trash underneath the porch that the company said they would clean during my TOUR, prior to even renting. Their maintenance team is short staffed and there is little communication between the property company and the professionals they hire to complete serious issues.”
