"Hardin properties was very professional to work with. Our unit was newly renovated so everything was brand new and clean upon moving in. Maintenance was very friendly and completed repairs quickly. Office was across the street from us on Lexington Ave which made it convenient to handle anything in person. They claimed to tow in the lot without a sticker, but always gave warnings prior and rarely had anyone even check. We had an ESA which they accommodated without any hassle. The only issue we had was during move out we had a significant chunk withheld from our security deposit. Being that everything was new when we moved in I believe we were unfairly docked for "damages" that were moreso normal wear and tear."
