“So far we are pleased with this community. They are leagues better than our previous apartment. I was surprised to read the negative comments on other Merrick Place reviews, but I also cannot defend them. In my experience, the maintenance staff are great folks. Our rent is reasonable and the property is well-maintained. I can see living here for years.”
"They’re terrible, lazy, and self-entitled. Refuse to help any tenant. Management openly discriminates against black lives, lets their employees fly massive trump flags on their trucks, and allows pedophiles and felons to move in."
"So, Merrick Place Apartments have beautiful grounds, but they’re old and maintenance is relatively unresponsive. Various things were never fixed when we noted them at lease signing. Other issues that have come up have been ignored."
