"Where to begin. Phil is the owner of the property but Ally is the property manager. You exclusively deal with Ally. Any efforts to contact Phil are ignored. From October to July things were regularly stolen from the parking lot, bikes and cars broken into. We pleaded with the landlords to install security cameras and all they would do is tell us to call the cops... which, ACAB, but also completely useless in this kind of situation. Finally after months of pleading security cameras were installed in June. Then after my bike was stolen (for the second time) they refused to look at the footage or let me see it. Phil regularly sits in his car and watches the building to see when tenants are not home and he and Ally have absolutely entered the unit without our knowledge or permission. I firmly believe they are the ones behind the theft. Also Phil insisted on showing our still occupied unit in the middle of a global pandemic after we begged to do a virtual tour and even provided him with photos and videos of our unit per his request. They are two of the most vile and evil assholes I have ever dealt with. The building is cute and cheap and great if you work downtown but dealing with them is so not worth it."
